IFTA for owner-operators

You keep driving.
We get the quarter ready.

Scan the paper. Confirm what is true. Those records become your IFTA quarter. Indiana managed filing is planned and pending authorization. Everywhere else, you file in your own portal.

The path

Four stops. That is the whole app.

No dispatch. No GPS. No load board. Paper in, a quarter you can stand behind, and a guided handoff to the official portal. Indiana managed filing remains planned and unavailable.

Scan

Paper already in your hand.

Photograph a fuel receipt or a rate confirmation. Or pull the PDF. You tell the app which one it is.

Indiana launch

We file your Indiana IFTA.

Upload fuel and miles. Sign the POA. We handle the filing.

  1. Handwritten POA-1. Indiana will not take a typed name. The form names a person, not only a company.
  2. Portal access is separate. No customer filing login is in use while the service remains unauthorized.
  3. You approve first. Nothing is submitted now; the managed service is not available.
Straight answers

The questions people actually ask.

Do you file my IFTA return?
No managed filing service is live. Indiana managed filing is planned and pending authorization. Outside Indiana, CarrierAgent organizes miles and gallons and you file in your own state's portal.
Does the app decide how much tax I owe?
No. Indiana's portal computes the tax after the four numbers are entered. CarrierAgent organizes miles and gallons. It does not invent a tax-due figure.
What is a Power of Attorney here?
Indiana Form POA-1. It names a real person at CarrierAgent, not just the company. It has to be a handwritten signature, not a typed name. It covers IFTA filing only. It never lets us cash a refund check. You can revoke it.
Can I get the iPhone app today?
Not from the App Store yet. Leave your email and you get the link on the day the public listing goes live.
