Collect. Reconcile. Line up. Review. Then file.
A quarter is collect, reconcile, line up, review, hand off. CarrierAgent does the first four from records you confirmed. The fifth stays honest: preparation is not filing, and the portal computes the tax.
V1 is IFTA only. The iPhone app has no public App Store listing. This page explains the planned preparation path.
- Built from
- Records you captured and confirmed

If a stop cannot produce its output, the gap is named instead of estimated away.
Every trip and every fuel purchase in the period.
Captured close to when it happened and confirmed by you. A quarter rebuilt from memory in the last week of the month is where trouble starts.
Four deadlines. They do not move for you.
IFTA returns are due the last day of the month after the quarter ends. Quarter 4 is due January 31. Confirm the exact date and any weekend or holiday adjustment with your base state.
