The carrier authority is the tenant. Trucks belong to that authority, and accounts receive truck-scoped access. Money stays with the truck's owner. Employee drivers may upload receipts and never see that truck's money. IFTA may consolidate miles and gallons for the authority; CarrierAgent does not compute tax dollars. The iPhone app has no public App Store listing.
