Tell your agent what needs doing.

You already know what needs to happen. Saying it should be enough — and the thing that does it should be the same app, with the same permissions, not a separate robot with its own opinions.

What asking it looks like.

Attach this POD to the Dallas load and finish the packet.

Files the photo against that trip, then assembles the packet the broker asked for.

Move the pickup to Thursday.

Changes the date inside your own record and says plainly that the broker has not agreed to it.

How much did I actually keep on the Laredo run?

Adds the fuel, tolls and fixed cost against that trip and shows the working.

Get my Indiana quarter ready.

Pulls the miles and gallons it has, then names what is still missing.

  1. It works in one context at a time.

Your own work, or a company's work. The task stays in the workspace it started in, even if you switch screens while it runs. It cannot quietly do company work with your private records, or the reverse.

  2. It runs the app's own actions.

Not a scraper driving a browser and not a second implementation of your books. The same server-checked actions the screens use, so anything the agent cannot do, it cannot do by pretending.

  3. It asks about the things worth asking about.

A clear request for a reversible internal action covers the ordinary steps to carry it out. A new cost, a different payer, or a wider audience is a question, every time.

  4. It tells you the truth about what it changed.

Moving a pickup date in your record is not the same as a broker agreeing to it, and the agent says so. Work that fails halfway leaves a recoverable state and an honest account of where it stopped.

What is in it, and where each part stands.

  • Context-bound requests

    Planned

Your work or a company's work, fixed for the life of the task.

  • Typed, permission-checked actions

    Planned

The agent calls the app's own services; authority is rechecked at each real effect.

  • Durable tasks and results

    Planned

Work that survives a closed app, with cancellation and partial failure that recover honestly.

  • Document work

    Planned

Attaching, correcting and assembling documents through the same versioned rules the screens follow.

Hand off the part you hate.
