Get the paperwork done.
The rate confirmation, the fuel receipts, the bill of lading, the POD from the dock. Every one of them is money if you can find it and nothing if you cannot.
Capture it where it happens.
At the pump, on the dock, in the truck stop parking lot. Photograph the page or pull in the PDF. The original is kept exactly as it arrived — that is the copy that has to survive an audit.
You confirm, then it counts.
The app proposes the fields it can and marks the ones it is unsure of. You are the one who says it is right. Nothing becomes a record on its own, and no document files itself.
Fix it without destroying it.
A wrong date or a crooked scan gets corrected as a new version. The original stays. Anything already sent to somebody else keeps its own history, so a correction is an update they can see, not a quiet rewrite.
Send what was actually asked for.
A broker packet and a factoring packet are not the same set of pages. Assemble the one that was requested, from documents already attached to that trip.
What is in it, and where each part stands.
Document capture and reading
Building nowPhotograph or import a document. The app reads the page and proposes the fields; the exact original is kept alongside what you confirmed.
Fuel receipts
Building nowGallons, state and price captured against the truck and the date they belong to.
Documents kept with the load
Building nowEvery page attached to the trip it came from, instead of a camera roll sorted by luck.
Document editing and versions
PlannedFix a document while keeping the original and a clear record of what changed.
Broker invoice packets
PlannedThe invoice and its supporting pages assembled as one packet.
Own-factor paperwork
PlannedThe submission set your own factoring company asks for, prepared from the same records.
Factoring paperwork, with less re-entry
PlannedA planned integration that reuses load details and the allowed paperwork in your factoring workflow. OTR Solutions is our first integration target, subject to access and approval; no connection is live yet.
Stop rebuilding the packet twice.
The pilot is how this gets built with real trucks behind it. Leave an email and we will write when there is something to try.
